Solomon Page is seeking a Store Operations Specialist to support a high-volume store operations team during a peak season. Location is Columbus, OH, onsite 2 days per week.

This contract role focuses on accurate execution of initiatives, vendor coordination, and maintaining records for thousands of storage units. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–3 years in store/retail operations or project coordination, and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of store operations, retail operations, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communications with stores and vendors, responding to operational inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Process and track storage requests across a large retail store network.
• Maintain accurate records for thousands of storage units and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate storage payments, billing processes, and issue resolution activities.
• Support operational projects and process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Assist in developing and communicating new operational procedures to field leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support store operations initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while balancing multiple priorities.
