Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field required.
• 1-3+ years of experience in Retail Operations or Project Management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; deadline driven; able to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerBI, PowerPoint and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations related metrics and KPIs (excluding payroll).
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses for leadership.
• Support leadership with strategic projects and initiatives.
• Act as liaison between Field Operations and SSC; develop programs and reports to improve performance.
• Procure data from various sources and present findings to all levels, including C-suite.
