Responsibilities

• Support the Store Team Leader in operations including inventory and safety.
• Maintain outstanding retail execution and customer service.
• Train, develop, mentor, and motivate Team Members to build a high‑performing team.
• Communicate regional and store programs and standards to teams.
• Inspect the store regularly for compliance with programs and standards.
• Review scheduling and expenses to keep teams within budget.
• Address customer concerns as needed.
