Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a friendly, motivated individual for a full-time leadership role to assist the General Manager and oversee daily store operations.

The candidate will manage inventory, supervise staff, hire and onboard new team members, ensure cleanliness and safety, and maintain high standards in food safety and customer service. This role offers opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
