Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, inventory management, ensuring cleanliness, coordinating deliveries, and fostering a cohesive, productive team. This is a full-time role requiring reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability required.
• Previous management and/or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and ability to build cohesive teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily store operations.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards.
• Supervise employees effectively.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Maintain store and equipment; rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
