Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our store in Dallas. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, help supervise staff, and ensure adherence to company standards to deliver great pizza and service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have reliable transport, and can commit to full-time hours. Previous management or QSR experience is a plus, with an ability to lead and build cohesive teams while communicating effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or QSR experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
