Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a motivated individual to support store leadership as a Managerial Assistant. The role involves assisting the General Manager with operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency across the team.

Key duties include interviewing and onboarding new hires, managing inventory, and coordinating daily store activities. Prior management or quick-service experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on teamwork

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Previous management/quick service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other duties as needed.
