Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Roswell to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, help customers, and maintain merchandise organization from delivery to sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and handle physical aspects of the job.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and moving merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional displays and store cleanliness to company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll and cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager.
