Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and provide helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, protection plans, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to policies on safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including applicable external regulations.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcomed, safe, and treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as assigned.
