Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate at our Battlefield, MO store to support daily operations, manage inventory, and assist with visual merchandising. You will help deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to sales goals while promoting an inclusive team culture.

The role requires 1-2 years in retail or a client-focused environment, strong organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible scheduling to meet peak hours.
