Job summary

Sephora at MO-Battlefield (0236) in Springfield, MO is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory accuracy, and client service excellence.

You’ll help with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and safe, efficient store procedures while collaborating with a diverse team and delivering standout experiences for every guest.

Flexibility with shifts including nights, weekends and holidays is required; physical effort may include lifting up to 50 pounds.
