Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations that support an exceptional client experience.

You will manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and uphold Sephora’s standards. The role includes assisting with visual merchandising and promoting inclusivity within a fast-paced retail setting, with lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
