You will open and close the store, supervise staff, manage scheduling and payroll, train non-management team members, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, handle POS transactions, and fulfill Omni‑Channel orders

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
