Job summary

PetSmart’s Phoenix Home Office is seeking a results-oriented Operations Process Improvement professional to design, develop, and continuously improve store operational processes across assigned areas. You will partner with Store Operations, Field Leadership, and compliance to implement scalable solutions that boost productivity and associate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, process improvement, or related disciplines preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact preferred.
• Experience using data, metrics, and business insights to measure operational performance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve store operational processes across assigned areas.
• Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, waste elimination, and improved productivity.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes, procedures, standards, and controls aligned with business needs.
• Lead medium to large cross-functional process improvement initiatives from discovery to measurement.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to assess challenges and drive measurable improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and support operational policies and procedures with stakeholders.
