Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for fashion and trends.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise store operations.
• Oversee salesfloor & stockroom to ensure excellent service and efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales with brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays to reflect brand standards.
• Analyze reports to inform business decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
