Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Hyannis, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend sales strategy with daily store operations and people leadership. You’ll oversee opening/closing, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, and guide scheduling, payroll, and training to build a high-performing team.

You’ll use your fashion knowledge to drive customer service, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, and fulfill Omni-Channel orders while representing the brand daily.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
