You will lead floorset updates, styling guidance, and product knowledge, while recruiting, training, and developing team members. This is a promote-from-within environment designed to grow store leaders.

Qualifications

• Requirement: Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer focus and fashion awareness.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
