Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and develop store staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure staffing levels, training, and compliance with safety and security policies.
• Manage cash handling procedures and prevent shrink; maintain accurate records.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily cash reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
