Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies.
• Provide training for employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed as required.
• Monitor sales, inventory and expenses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement merchandising standards.
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Complete paperwork and documentation according to guidelines.
