The role emphasizes floorset execution, product knowledge, and data-driven decisions to optimize performance while promoting a strong, inclusive culture. This position starts at $25/hour and offers growth across the store team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent supervisory experience) in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver best-in-class service.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure customer service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory.
• Operate register/ POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and uphold company culture and values.
