Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and inventory management to optimize store performance.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing and safety.
• Lead and support associates with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure pet care, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
