Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a store associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service at our USA HomeGoods location. You will help maintain clean, organized shelves and ensure accurate tagging and stock replenishment while delivering a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and some leadership exposure, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Support efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
