Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked and the store remains clean and organized. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in achieving performance targets and maintaining compliance with procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow established processes. A flexible schedule including early mornings, days, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete tasks as assigned; support MM and OM on performance and procedures.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and loss prevention best practices; ensure stock, replenishment, and inventory procedures are followed.
• Process shipments, merchandise resets, planograms, and display setups using Ulta Beauty’s systems.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available and store standards are maintained.
