Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked, the store remains clean, and tasks are completed efficiently.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, contributing to performance metrics and guest service excellence. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, proper dress code, and participation in ongoing brand and product training to drive sales and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
