Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push/pull and lift up to 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours and work at heights with ladder or platform.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand needs to support their shopping experience.
• Process merchandise and ensure backroom is organized and accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across the store.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, RTVs, and freight processing.
