Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Comfort with heights >4 ft using ladder or aerial lift.
• Able to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and teammates, understand their needs, and assist shopping.
• Process received merchandise and keep backroom organized for easy access.
• Maintain store merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist unloading trucks, process freight, transfers, RTVs and claims.
• Deliver the customer experience by completing processes per service level standards.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; protect company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
