Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help keep the store stocked, clean, and operating smoothly. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and following Ulta Beauty policies and standards. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete operational processes such as shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards.
