Insomnia Cookies in the St. Louis Delmar Loop is seeking a Store Operations Manager (GM) to lead the store team, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thu–Sun?).
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
• Innate hospitality focus with ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Solid tech acumen with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components including food quality, engaging customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance, while supporting personal growth for team members.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

• Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens - a plus
