Insomnia Cookies is expanding and looking for strong management to join our team at our newest Dallas, TX (Greenville Ave.) location set to open this summer! We are seeking hospitality-focused individuals looking to join a fun, entrepreneurial, and rapidly growing company. Job Duties & Position Focus:

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers
• Lead service components such as food quality, customer service, employee friendliness, and store cleanliness
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales, while supporting personal growth
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Develop in-store recognition programs and contests

What we seek:

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts during the week (Thurs-Sun)
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
• Innate hospitality skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Proficiency with restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
