Location: Store - CLE-WESTLAKE, OH

Lead operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. Ensure a well merchandised and stocked store by leading inventory management. Manage a team to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience and friendly service.

Major Activities

1. Assist Store Manager with scheduling and store workload management.
2. Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements; hold team accountable.
3. Support truck unloading and stocking processes within budget.
4. Achieve KPIs; manage team performance.
5. Manage visual merchandising and seasonal layouts.
6. Oversee inventory, merchandise operations, and omni-channel processes.
7. Implement shrink and safety programs.
8. Train, coach, and participate in team performance management; support talent development.
9. Promote respectful interactions and positive image; serve as Manager on Duty.
10. Assist customers and locate products; cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
11. Support omni-channel processes.

Preferred Experience

• Retail management leadership experience.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, stretching, and handling heavy boxes.
• Use of ladders or similar equipment for accessing high shelves.
• Contact supervisor for accommodations if needed.

Work Environment

• Public retail setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
