Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail or multi-unit operations leadership and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead managers and build high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; adept with executive reporting.
  • Advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate store-facing communications for clear, actionable information.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and improve execution.
  • Support company projects from planning through implementation with timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain operational calendars and track promotions, deployments, and priorities.
  • Develop executive reports, dashboards, and updates on progress.
  • Gather feedback from store teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain operational documentation and SharePoint resources.
  • Assist leadership in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities We Need You to Perform
  • Manage and coordinate store-facing communications to ensure teams receive clear, consistent, and actionable information.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to prioritize initiatives, reduce communication overload, and improve operational execution.
  • Support company projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Maintain operational calendars and track key initiatives, promotions, deployments, and business priorities.
  • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, business updates, and operational summaries that provide visibility into project progress and organizational priorities.
  • Gather feedback from store teams and leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement and process enhancements.
  • Own and maintain operational documentation, SharePoint resources, procedures, and knowledge management tools.
  • Support engagement initiatives including newsletters, recognition programs, operational updates, and best-practice sharing across the organization.
  • Assist leadership in driving operational excellence, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Here’s What Skills We Need You to Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of retail operations, business operations, project management, or multi-unit retail leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing managers, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, drive accountability, and achieve business results through others
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in furniture, specialty retail, or customer-focused retail environments is a plus.

Pay Range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually plus up to a 12% target bonus
