Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Live Better U / Bellevue University BS in Business Management and Leadership as a preferred qualification.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams; teach training and provide feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and managing expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and ownership of community outreach and EDLP/EDLC initiatives.
• Coordinate operations: merchandising, inventory flow and process improvements to mitigate shrink.
