Job summary

You will assist the store manager with staff training, policy compliance, merchandising planning, and reporting issues to supervisors, while leading evenings and weekend shifts as needed. A high school diploma and retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of work experience in retail or related field.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer service quality and store cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, mentor staff, and build effective operations.
• Supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, monitor working conditions and attitudes, and manage shifts.
• Order products appropriately, prevent stockouts, and control inventory.
• Execute sales plans, organize merchandise, and manage replenishment.
• Manage cash float and safe money handling.
• Organize forms, documents, manuals, files, and records.
• Oversee store facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
