Responsibilities

• Assist in daily oversight and execution of objectives in sales, costs, and customer service.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and team is courteous and service-oriented.
• Oversee food preparation and service according to brand standards.
• Assist in opening/closing tasks and shift preparation lists.
• Lead hands-on during food preparation and deliveries coordination.
• Support objectives in sales, quality, and cleanliness through staff training.
• Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Fill in to maintain customer service and operational efficiency.
• Assist in product receiving and inventory checks.
• Identify labor or food cost and implement actions to improve figures.
• Assist in scheduling labor to match activity and labor cost targets.
• Maintain HR policy knowledge and communicate with team.
• Provide feedback to General/Regional Managers.
• Attend workshops to maintain knowledge.
