CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer service excellence. Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead staffing, training, and development, manage sales, inventory, and finances, and build consumer loyalty while upholding safety and quality across the store.

This is a full-time role with a 40-hour week and a pay range of $19 to $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills are required.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
