Radius Recycling, Inc. in Chico, CA is hiring a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, vehicle production, customer care, and staffing. You will ensure safety and environmental compliance while following company policies.

You will recruit and develop managers and supervisors, optimize store performance, analyze financial data, and build community relations to promote the Pick-n-Pull brand. Weekend availability and automotive leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Solid quantitative skills to understand store performance.
• Ability to reconcile sales, prepare reports and read manuals.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience leading automotive store teams is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations including sales, vehicle production, customer care and staffing.
• Partner with EHS to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Staff, train, and develop Managers in Training, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors.
• Drive store performance by optimizing sales, production, and vehicle purchasing.
• Manage financials by reviewing monthly statements and statistics.
• Establish community relationships to promote the Pick-n-Pull brand.
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Prepare operating reports for the Regional Director.
