Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing staff.
• Ensure WOW! customer service and resolve concerns to positive outcomes.
• Drive sales and manage inventory and store merchandising.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Uphold safety, PPE use, and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze financials and contribute to budgeting and cost controls.
