Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as sanitation, safety and security manager; conduct inspections.
• Plan, direct and control daily commissary department operations.
• Analyze management reports to improve efficiency; initiate corrective actions.
• Supervise department managers and train staff on inventory and shrinkage control.
• Guide staff on display programs and merchandising.
• Resolve employee and customer complaints; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate inventories; manage stock levels.
• Work in store display areas; may face varying temperatures.
