Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and total store merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements and age restrictions.
• Must be accredited as a Certified Food Safety Manager or obtain accreditation within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and duties of store operations to meet financial and sales goals.
• Hire, train, and develop associates.
• Provide leadership and motivation to promote company principles and strategy.
• Maintain customer service focus and minimize shrink through standard practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and food safety standards.
• Oversee use of financial reports, ACIS, scheduling, and CAO tools.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is away.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the entire store.
