You will manage staffing, training, and performance to meet brand standards, while leveraging Domino’s resources for continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
