Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of store systems

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates
• Promotes safety awareness and adheres to labor laws and procedures
• Participates in shrink reduction goals and programs
• Other duties as assigned
