CVS Health in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will lead store execution, drive performance, supervise the crew, and build customer loyalty by delivering excellent service.

Under Store Manager supervision, you will manage staffing, training, inventory, and financials, while promoting CVS customer service culture and guiding the team through daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
