Qualifications

• Previous retail, convenience store, or gas station experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable handling cash, deposits, and financial tracking.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Willingness to be hands-on with all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage inventory orders to keep store fully stocked.
• Count, verify, and reconcile daily cash and register activity.
• Prepare and complete all required paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Handle and complete bank deposits safely and accurately.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and maintain proper product displays.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
• Assist with employee oversight, scheduling support, and accountability.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support customer service standards and overall store performance.
