Job summary

The Fresh Market in Columbia, SC is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock, and Inventory Control, delivering impeccable hospitality and strong execution daily. You will coach a diverse team, model exceptional hospitality, manage scheduling and labor within budget, and serve as Manager on Duty on assigned shifts to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

3+ years of progressive management in supermarkets or hospitality and a focus on guest experience,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting performance goals.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Service, Fresh Production, In-Stock, and Inventory Control.
• Model hospitality and ensure safe, high-quality shopping environments with strong execution.
• Manage scheduling and labor within labor budgets.
