Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management or customer service.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams across store operations and drive industry-leading service.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations and drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Direct planning of planograms, resets, and endcaps.
• Develop staffing strategies and recruit top talent to meet forecasted needs.
• Foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture aligning with Meijer values.
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety standards and company merchandising plans.
