Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales and service.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Forecast and schedule using payroll budgets and communicate needs to leadership.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead and develop a diverse store team and ensure compliance with policies.
