Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth for the store. The role focuses on operations, people development, and process excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The OM will oversee scheduling, planograms, inventory life cycle, and adherence to standards while coaching staff and ensuring operational compliance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Leadership: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, and leading others through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth and achieve store goals.
• Manage operations including scheduling, inventory life cycle, and adherence to SOPs.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct performance reviews, and ensure staff training and brand education.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; maintain attendance and shift execution.
