Job summary

FAIRVALUE is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Director in all aspects of store operations, including enforcing policies and ensuring high standards of service.

Responsibilities include cash and inventory control, rotation of perishables across grocery, dairy, frozen, and HBC departments, and stepping in as acting manager in the Store Director's absence. Requires strong leadership and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent, preferred.
• Three plus years' retail grocery experience.
• Knowledge of DSD/Scanning Operations; Knowledge of front end operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Director in all phases of store operations.
• Enforce policies and standards of FAIRVALUE.
• Rotate perishable products in grocery, dairy, frozen, and HBC departments.
• Cover store operations in Store Director's absence; supervise store associates.
