Job summary

FAIRVALUE is seeking an Assistant Store Director to support all store operations, reporting to the Store Director. You will help manage cash, inventory, and customer service while ensuring perishable rotations across departments meet quality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work under high pressure. At least 3 years in retail grocery and a high school diploma are preferred. 45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Three plus years in retail grocery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Director in all store operations.
• Oversee cash and inventory control and customer service standards.
• Rotate perishable products across grocery, dairy, frozen, and HBC.
• Take charge in Store Director's absence and supervise staff.
