Job summary

Dominos seeks a Full-time Store General Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, and drive excellent customer service. You will work with management to review performance feedback, optimize driver and in-store hustle, and ensure safety and cleanliness at all times.

Responsibilities include managing reports, coaching the team, and maintaining high product standards while preparing for store evaluations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Login to RapidHire daily to ensure we are hiring the best people possible.
• Review with management team Evernote feedback from Director of Operations/District Manager.
• Drive with one driver each week at your store and give feedback on efficiency and tips.
• Review SUTUS reports daily and aim for zero calls on hold and 90% answered under 2 rings.
• Maintain loads at 3 minutes or less and under 2 rings.
• Work on driver and in-store hustle to reach EDT in 18 minutes.
• Prioritize team safety and maintain clean, well‑kept restaurants.
• Issue daily to-do lists to ensure impeccable store standards.
• Hire exceptional people with a friendly, smiling demeanor.
• Keep product quality at store level and prepare stores for EOC scores.
• Attend and participate in weekly GM meetings.
• Report incidents promptly to the Director of Operations/District Manager and file paperwork with insurers.
• Staff the store effectively to minimize overtime.
